Below is a list of areas where there is often a need for people who have a heart to serve God's people. We are a largely volunteer based church. much of what takes place here is because the Lord has put it on the hearts of those who attend here and are a part of the congregation to give of their time, talents and treasure to see it through. What area's of ministry need help?

There are many areas of ministry that are "behind the scenes" where we often find ourselves in need of help. We often need help with our cleaning ministry who cleans the church regularly. We need help with Sunday school teachers, youth ministry, sound, projection, livestream and our after service coffee bar. If you are interested in any of these areas, please fill out the form below and indication where you feel called to serve and we will direct you to the appropriate ministry leader.

How do I volunteer with kids?

We often are in need of Sunday School teachers who can serve on bi-weekly or monthly rotation on Sunday Mornings (1st & 2nd service) and Wednesday Evenings. To be a part of children's ministry, you will need to fill out an application and be interviewed by our children's ministry director or one of our pastors. You will also need to submit to a full DOJ/FBI background check through a Live Scan. We usually require that you attend Calvary Chapel Placerville consistently for the last six months.  If you would like to serve, please fill out the form below and you will be contacted by our  Children's Ministry Director.

How do I volunteer  with music?

There are many areas including our regular services  where you can serve in the worship ministry. To be a part of the worship ministry, you will need to fill out an application and be interviewed by our worship ministry leader or one of the pastors before you can serve. We usually require that you attend Calvary Chapel Placerville consistently for the last six months.  If you would like to serve, please fill out the form below and you will be contacted by our Worship Ministry Leader

How do I volunteer with students?

Youth Ministry is often one of the most high energy ministries in a church. We are often in need of volunteers to help us with events, outings, and camps. To be a part of youth ministry, you will need to fill out an application and be interviewed by one of our pastors. You will also need to submit to a full DOJ/FBI background check through a Live Scan.
